This policy explains how 67 Ideas LLC (“67 Game Ideas,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in the games we publish.

Scope and publisher

This policy applies to games published by 67 Ideas LLC and to player support communications about those games. A particular game, platform store, or third-party service may also provide notices that apply to its own processing.

Information processed automatically

When you use a game, we and service providers used in that game may process device and app information, advertising identifiers, IP address and approximate location derived from it, gameplay events, ad interactions, crash logs, and diagnostics. This information helps operate the game and understand how it performs.

Information you choose to provide

If you contact us by support email, we process the information in your message, such as your email address, game and device details, screenshots, and the issue you describe. Please avoid sending information that is not necessary for us to help.

How information is used

We use information to operate and improve our games; debug errors; conduct analytics; protect against fraud and security threats; deliver and measure advertising; comply with legal obligations; and provide player support.

Advertising and analytics partners

Integrations differ by game. Depending on the game, services may include Google AdMob, Firebase, Unity Ads, Unity Analytics, AppLovin, ironSource/LevelPlay, GameAnalytics, and comparable providers. Not every game uses every provider, and not every service is present in every game. Please review each provider’s privacy information for details about its practices.

Legal bases and consent

Where privacy law requires a legal basis, the appropriate basis depends on the processing, the game, and your location. It may include our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving games; performance of an agreement with you; compliance with legal obligations; or your consent. Where required, we seek consent through platform or in-game prompts before processing information for that purpose.

Your choices

You can use your device privacy settings and advertising-ID controls to limit personalized advertising or reset your advertising identifier. You may manage choices presented through platform consent prompts and use partner opt-out tools where those providers offer them. These settings may not stop all advertising or all measurement, and their availability varies by device, platform, provider, and region.

Retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purpose described in this policy, including to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, or protect the security of our games and services.

We may share information with service providers that support game operations, analytics, advertising, security, and support; when required for legal, safety, or fraud-prevention reasons; and as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of business assets. We do not sell the content of support emails. Advertising partners may process identifiers under laws that define “sale” or “sharing” broadly, including for cross-context behavioral advertising.

International processing

Information may be processed in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as contractual commitments or other mechanisms recognized by applicable law.

Regional privacy rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or portability of certain personal information, to object to some processing, or to withdraw consent.
